Before you reset your toothbrush: Make sure you have a decent amount of charge before resetting your toothbrush. A low charge level can lead to unexpected operating problems
Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds. The toothbrush will shut down. After pressing the power button again, the status light will then blink quickly in red, meaning that the toothbrush has been successfully reset.
Don’t be alarmed if the brush vibrates during the procedure. It’s normal.
hum Battery:
- Unscrew the battery end cap
- Remove the old batteries.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- With the positive pole facing toward the bottom of the brush, replace the batteries
And don’t worry, resetting the toothbrush does not erase stored brushing sessions.
